If you receive a notification via email that there are issues with your files, you should follow the suggestions in that email, and then follow these steps to successfully resubmit your project.
Please note that all files should be uploaded and resubmitted though your online portal. Please do not send revised files via email. Here are the basic steps to access your project for resubmission:
- Log into My Account
- Select Open Projects on the left side of your screen
- Find your latest project and select Complete Project
- The following steps may vary depending on your project specifications
If you upload files but do not resubmit, your files will not be reviewed and your project will remain on hold.
