Cover Design Satisfaction Guarantee: We assure your satisfaction with your Cover Design Art proofs. Should you find yourself dissatisfied with your proofs and decide to cancel the design portion of your order prior to proof approval, we will refund the cover design fee.

Book Printing Satisfaction Guarantee: We guarantee your satisfaction with your printed books. If you are not pleased with your book proofs and opt to cancel your order before production, we will refund your deposit.

Moreover, if the final product fails to match your proofs within commercially accepted standards as determined by our inspection team, we will replace the affected units at no extra charge upon receiving back the defective books to OnPress Book Printing. Additionally, all custom-manufactured or printed products are unconditionally guaranteed against defects in quality and workmanship. If any defects are detected, we will replace or repair the faulty product at no additional cost upon return to OnPress Book Printing.
