How do I create an Index in my print book?

Creating an index is not included in the standard formatting cost. If you would like an index included in your book there are two ways you can proceed:

ONE
Create your index in your file before supplying your manuscript. If created properly, the coding will be attached to the text so we will be able to update the page numbers once the content is formatted. TWO
We create your index for you. This process is very time consuming as we have to go through your manuscript, word by word, to enter the correct referenced page numbers. This service will incur an additional $6 per word you would like indexed.
