Your manuscript may contain footnotes, which appear at the bottom of the page, or endnotes, which appear at the end of a chapter, section, or book. A manuscript should not contain both footnotes and endnotes.
If you'll be including footnotes or endnotes in your manuscript and plan to use OnPress' Interior Formatting, it is important that you use your software's notes functionality to create the footnotes or endnotes. Using the built in functionality will ensure that the notes remain properly linked when we work on your book (whether during Formatting or conversion). You should consult with the support for your preferred software for help with adding notes.
